Within this systematic review and meta-analysis encompassing 7 studies involving 778 early-stage mycosis fungoides patients, the response rates to narrowband UV-B were akin to those observed with psoralen–UV-A. Notably, no significant divergence was identified between narrowband UV-B and psoralen–UV-A concerning adverse effects.
