Most insurance companies also require that we furnish a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor and supporting medical records.

We cannot sell units online through a traditional ecommerce platform because a home phototherapy unit is an FDA-cleared device the requires prescription.

If you think you will require assistance, we can help you contract an installer who lives in your area through a partner service organization. We generally recommend that elderly patients purchasing larger units contract an installer.
Yes, you need to own a set of phototherapy goggles. Most units come with goggles, but we can sell you extras.
