Narrow-band UVB (NB-UVB) therapy stands as an effective and well-tolerated second-line treatment for chronic urticaria (COU). It offers subjective relief from itching and hives, along with objectively reducing the occurrence of hives. However, conducting more extensive studies with extended follow-up periods is imperative to ascertain the appropriate clinical response and potential long-term complications of this therapy in managing COU.
